All the planning in the world amounts to nothing without execution. That first step is the hardest to complete as it sets you off on the adventure. <\/p>\n<p>There is no turning back now, I have taken the first step. I finally got back in the gym for an intense kickboxing class this evening. While my 2010 National teammates are boarding flights to Germany,  I am getting the jump on next years team.<\/p>\n<p>Good luck Canada!
